Dosa N Chutney has become our favourite haunt. Me and a food blogger buddy of mine. We religiously visit this cheap South Indian eatery at least once a week. The place is very conveniently located bang opposite the Tooting Bec station and is very neat and clean. I have never found this place empty, in whichever odd hours I have visited it. And during lunch and dinner hours it is packed mostly. Every time I am in there, I do order this Paper Masala Dosa. It has kind of become a staple of mine in there. I love the crisp and crunchy dosa and since they serve the masala separately the dosa remains crisp for a long time. Not that the poor dosa has much of a life once it is placed before me.

ReplyDeleteI like the different dipping sauce . Your dosa reminds me of the crispy crepes ( with cream filling ) that I've eaten last time :D
