My Cook Books

Late afternoon sun on my cook books. I must confess I am not much of a cook book person. I mean I love going through cook books, admiring photographs, earmarking recipes, but somehow I hardly try out those earmarked recipes. The poor things remain marked, yet hardly tried. Whenever I need a new recipe, I always search online and so far those searches have not disappointed me. In that case, you  must be wondering what I am doing with so many cook books? I can proudly tell you that I did not spend much money on them. I have mostly got them through PR companies and giveaways.
Having said that, there are some cook books which I covet including Nigella Lawson's How To Be A Domestic Goddess, Rick Stein's India and Katie. Q. Davis's What Katie Ate. I want Nigella's book because it's a classic and have been waiting forever for it to go on sale, sadly it never does. The other two for the brilliant photos in the books.
