Succulent mangoes, no not the fresh kind, but dried and still succulent. Of course you may think that in the dead of winter from where did I find this summer magic? Don't worry, I did not buy out of season fruit. I opted for the next best option-- dried mangoes. It's a favourite snack of ours and works really well when you are craving sugar. But of course I started eating this when I used to crave the juicy ripe mangoes of back home. Ah the different varieties of mangoes that flood the markets in India during the different parts of summer. Of course I can't lay my hands on those, so I started eating these. And then yesterday I discovered this variety of dried mangoes and I confess I am in love.
